Fast, always successful and tasty cheese pies! This recipe was given to me by my mother-in-law who took her from a lady who worked in a bakery that was famous for its cheese pies!\
What we need:
For the dough:
1 bowl (same as yoghurt) corn oil or seed oil
1 sachet of baking powder
1 tablespoon full of margarine at room temperature but not melted
550 g flour for all uses
For the filling:
300g grated feta
Optionally pepper or dried mint (I do not put)
For the spice:
1 whipped egg
How we do it:
Also, the yogurt bowl I use is 320 grams.
Once our dough is ready (it will take no time at all!) leave it in the bowl covered for half an hour to rest and at the same time prepare the filling by shredding the feta and mixing it with the eggs.
Repeat until the dough ends.
Place them on a non-stick paper baking sheet and bake in a preheated oven at 180 above the bottom resistors for about 30 minutes until they are well-pruned.
